With over 25 years experience in bushcrafting, outdoor self-reliance, and primitive skills, Dave Canterbury a U.S. Army veteran, is one of the worlds leading outdoor survival, and primitive living authorities. This experience lead Dave to becoming an New York Times bestselling author with his book Bushcraft 101 , and also lead to him founding the Pathfinder School, which is one of the top 12 survival schools in the united states, where he has instructed thousands of people, including law enforcement, EMS, and united states military. 

 

Like Grim Workshop, Dave canterbury has a store that is family owned and operated, he co-owns the Self Reliance Outfitters with his family, where they both create, and curate gear for bushcraft, and outdoor survival.
