How to Brew With the Kit
Brewing with the EDC Pocket Coffee Kit is simple. Everything you need is right in the tin.
- Set up the stove card Pop the panels out of the flat stove card and fold them into place. The stove locks together and forms a small free standing stove that can be placed inside the carry tin with fuel, or used directly on prepared fire safe ground.
- Add your fuel Drop in a solid fuel tab, wax starter, or a handful of dry twigs. Light it and let the flame get steady.
- Heat your water Place a metal mug, small pot, or even the kit’s bottom tin on top of the stove. The stove focuses heat upward so the water warms fast.
- Steep the coffee pack Once the water is hot, drop in the bushcraft coffee packet. It brews like tea. Let it steep for a few minutes until the flavor is how you like it.
- Break the kit back down Fold the stove back into its flat form, wipe off any soot, and drop everything back into the tin.
- Customize your loadout The tin has room for extra bushcraft coffee packs, powdered cream, sugar, honey sticks, or anything else you want for your perfect cup.
