The Spring Snare Trap Dog Tag is part of Grim's trapping tools collection and are two complete spring snare trigger systems with L7 trap triggers that can interlock to create a quick, easy spring snare trap setup that can be used for traditional trapping or in a trigger snare fishing.
How to make a spring snare trap is simple with these tools. Two of the trigger pieces lock together and are attached by a hair trigger. One side goes to an anchor, the other side goes to your spring, and to your snare or fishing hook. When an animal pulls the snare or hook, it causes the two pieces to separate, and the trap will spring. The Spring Snare Dog Tag also includes a notched section to wrap wire or line on, so you have two complete trap setups on a single dog tag sized area of the kit.
