The pointed stainless steel tweezers remove from the compact Micro Tool carrier and interlock for a proper grip. Use them for splinters, thorns, fine debris, small parts, and other jobs where fingertips are simply too big.
The pointed tip can also serve as a small splinter lance for careful picking and lifting before you grip a superficial splinter with the tweezers.
An included snap hook makes the tool easy to keep on keys, a zipper pull, or inside a small kit. After use, clean and dry the tweezers and return them to Grim Workshop's reusable Tool Retention System.

Remove, Interlock, Use, Return
The tweezer pieces stay flat on the Micro Tool carrier until you need them. Remove the pieces and interlock them to create the grip and spring you expect from a normal pair of tweezers.
When the job is done, clean and dry the tweezers, separate the pieces, and return them to the carrier. The reusable Tool Retention System keeps the small pieces organized between uses instead of loose in the bottom of a pocket or pouch.

The pointed tip gives you two ways to work on a simple surface splinter. Use the point carefully to lift or expose the edge, then use the interlocked tweezers to grip and remove it.

VerifiedIt’s not what I expected or wanted. To hook the two pieces together is very cumbersome and awkward. On the plus side, the points are very sharp.

VerifiedI recently bought these along with a number of other Grim products to put together a small travel-friendly EDC kit, going in with low expectations, fearing that these may just be gimmicky toys (don't get me wrong, I love gimmicky toys) ... and have been pleasantly surprised at how useful and functional most of the gear is! These tweezers have proven really useful in just the first couple weeks of having them. They work decent at plucking the odd hair (better than half the tweezers my wife owns) and are able to be used with a bit of precision on smaller work spaces. My kid used them for placing and removing tiny pieces in a small building kit she was working on. This is a great, virtually no-profile addition to a small EDC kit!
