VerifiedUseful EDC kit, fits into my wallet (and I carry a small wallet). So far, it has opened every lock I have tried. If you struggle with wanting to carry a pick set, but don't want the bulk of a traditional set or a jackknife-type set, this is a legitimate alternative. It is cleverly designed, and the method it uses to allow you to remove and use the picks and then replace them is clever. If I had any criticism, and this is almost always the issue with these kinds of sets, the tension tools are a bit flimsy to give much feedback. I don't consider this a deal-breaker as this is an ongoing challenge, but it is worth noting. Can you open every lock with these picks? No, of course not. But let's face it, if you are in a position where you need to open a wide range of locks on a regular basis, you would need a more robust professional pick set anyway. This is a convenience set to open basic locks in a pinch, a sort of, "always be prepared" Boy Scout kind of thing. A word about this company, Grimworkshop: they really have a lot of cool stuff, so check them out.

However, the seller used USPS, who then delivered so late that the receiving person that was leaving US soon, only received the package at late night, before the morning they left. VerifiedPros: - Fits in my wallet easily. - Tools stay in their slots thanks to the sticky back. - Rakes and combs are solid and do their job. Cons: - Picks up lint very quickly. - Tools can be slightly challenging to get out. - Sharp edges that will leave you with superficial cuts (no bleeding) if you use too much pressure. - Tension wrenches aren't very long and may not work well depending on lock design. - Handcuff key doesn’t work (tested). Overall, this is a good set to have, especially for travel and emergencies. Only drawback was I had to purchase a separate set of tension wrenches that had a longer reach into keyholes.

VerifiedGreat for an emergency. If i know I'm going to need lockpicking tools i may not use my grim card. I want to keep them in good condition. The only negatives are they're a little sharp to use them all the time and the handcuff key doesn't disengage the double lock without bending the key. Retention backing is fantastic!
