I think the quality and craftsmanship were excellent, the two issues I did find was that it was very difficult to get leverage on a normal size lock due to its length, and there was a sharp edge around the entire tool that ended up cutting me pretty good when I was attempting to use it. Though support was excellent and very responsive when I mentioned it to them. They gave me advice on how to get leverage and also noted that it is better suited for smaller locks. Word of advice though: take a diamond stone or high grit sandpaper to take the edge off, these jokers can be very sharp and its very hard tool steel so its hard to file down. Also for normal sized locks, I'd recommend their credit card version. This should also be sanded down in advance.
