This sere kit includes the bypass card, for door and gate bypass, the lock picking rake card, the lock picking hook card, the escape and evasion card with the tools to escape most restraints, and a waterproof guide to help you learn to use, and improvise most of the tools included in the kit, all at a special price, and with a steel tin to hold it all in.

Space, No Longer an Issue with the Urban Survival Kit
The tools in this kit are cut from 1mm - 0.5mm thin stainless steel, and generally weigh less than an ounce, so they can remove pounds of weight from your kit pretty quickly! Since they are credit card size, you can easily fit all the SERE cards into a traditional wallet without problem, adding dozens of essential items to your wallet, and since it only occupies the space of a few credit cards in your wallet, you can always have these urban survival cards with you without compromises. So, you never have to worry about how to make a lock pick, because it’s already there, and so are the instructions on how to improvise one and more right there in your EDC SERE kit!
SERE Kit Reusable Design
There are no one and done experiences with Grim's Urban Survival Cards. Our custom designed and fabricated TOOL RETENTION SYSTEM was created to allow this EDC SERE kit to be reusable. Our Tool retention system allows you to take out yourtool of choice, use it, and put it back into the card when you're finished with it. This material is nonmagnetic (so no worries over de-magnetized credit cards) and non-adhesive (so no gummy residue on you, or your gear).

Using Your Lock Pick Tension Wrench
- Place your tension wrench into the bottom of the keyway and apply a very light degree of force in the direction that the key would turn to disengage the typically clockwise. Press with very light force (similar to the force used to press a keyboard key). if you're having no luck opening a lock, try pressing a little harder, or lighter on your tension wrench. The tension you use on a lock is extremely important, so practice makes perfect.
Using Your Lock Pick Rake
- With your tension wrench in position, insert your rake into the keyway and push all the way back to the back of the lock gently lifting upward, raising some pins. Now, with a decent amount of speed begin to scrub the pins like you're brushing your teeth, change the angle, height, and speed as you rake back and forth. If after 10-25 seconds it doesn't open, release the tension wrench and start over. It's not uncommon to need to restart multiple times with this method. Continue scrubbing back and forth until the lock finally opens. You can also experiment with more or less tension on your tension wrench if you're not having any luck.
